This may be my most controversial post here at Minx in the City, as yet.

There is a guy who sets up house at bus stops within a 1/3 radius to Casa Minx. This is not a new thing, for over 4 + years he has called my neighborhood home. Recently, he has claimed the bus stop by Robertson and 3rd Street, pretty swanky spot. He stays at his bus stop 24/7 and its the Law for dog owners to poop and scoop, but he keeps his in his pants…Lets just say, he does not bathe, or go to the bathroom in a restroom. Here is my issue.

Why does no one want to rehabilitate him ? Police, Emergency, Fire Department vehicles pass hourly, and Thalians the World Famous Mental Ward of Cedar Sinai is around the corner, why oh why can’t someone get the correct agency to help fix this man, and get him back into society ? .

I see cars stopping with supplies, food, blankets ( air freshener or deodorant, baby wipes, trash bags, hint, hint very much needed ! ) I have been made to feel like the bad guy, when I have approached various agencies at the City, even the Area’s Council Member who’s assistant was very rude, seemed to get his panties in a twist, as he was too busy surfing gay porn, for my time wasting call. He took my contact info, and I of course heard nothing.

I have avoided Bus Stop Bob we will call him, since he made some gesture towards my dogs, and harming them if they came near. I want to help him, not hurt him, but frustrated as to why its okay to make a condo out a bus stop, and make a huge smelly mess…for 4 + years that I have noticed him ??

So, I am way too over committed here at Minx in the City, to get involved, but anyone know the right person to contact to get this guy on the right track ?  his contact info is

There is another guy in the hood. Homeless Harry, he looks like a caveman, and is caked in dirt. He cruises Robertson daily, and loves the bus stop outside the 76 gas station, and Armani Casa. He is always on the move, and he needs help too, but may be harder to track down, sorry, no contact info for him.
