I just love Champagne, maybe a little too much, hic. There is just something about those cold, crisp bubbles that says “lets party”. Most think its too expensive, or only for Very Special occasions like Weddings, Anniversaries, its really not. Trader Joes has some Minx worthy bottles of plonk ( British slang for cheap bubbly ) for about $5, and a good one like Chandon runs about $20, and is up there in the Minxy Champagne favorites. ( Vueve Cliquot Yellow Label, Moet Chandon White Star , Perrier Jouet incase your wanted to send a bottle over if you saw me out, wink )

Minx loves to make an effort , and having the girls over for Sex and the City night with champagne and nibbles, at less than $5 a head – anyone can swing that, right ? Boys, want to impress the ladies, James Bond style ? Have a cold bottle of champagne in the fridge, just incase…Don’t forget to rinse your champagne or your best glasses and place them in the freezer, it adds a extra special touch. Now I can’t think of anyone who would complain about that right.
