I have come to the conclusion that most people with a personal trainer, are paying for a gym pal/conciege. A Pal ? yep, ever see anyone get results ? push their client Military style ? I think its only one those T.V shows and commercials that people have noticeable results, or are they photoshoped too (?!?)
I have had trainers, and they would just lead me around, “give me 12 of that”, get me a towel, put my weights away, load and unload the machines, then stretch me out ? Sounds like having a trainer is like having a maid, and an expensive one at it. I would train with Jackie Warner, the Power Lesbian from Bravo’s hit t.v show Work Out, but at $300 + and hour, she had better show me her mad lesbian bedroom skills, and try to lure me over to the other team, Honoring me with a Power Lesbian credentials of course. All of mine so far where lame, and tooting my own horn, I bet I looked better naked than the females, and the males where like Jack Russels in heat looking guys, no likey.
Minx’s fitness tip = do something fun you enjoy, stick some upbeat music in your ears and act like a hamster on crack, works for my size 0 skinny ass.
