After watching Doc Ali talk sense into Scott Baio,VH1′s Scott Baio is 45 and Single, and on Scott Baio is 46 and Pregnant. This chick-a-dee knows her stuff. I googled her, and found out about her weekend retreat in Arizona, named SCREAM AND RUN NAKED. Sign me up !

I can’t share much, as I am sworn to secrecy. All I can tell you is it changed my life, kicked my butt. I never thought I would be in Scottsdale, Arizona, in a crowded sweat lodge, with a Native American Chief, at 1am, in someone else bathing suit. What a weekend. I left there, ( naturally ! ) higher than Scarface at the finale.
