I am in the Downtown L.A area, which can be sketchy to say the least.

I am walking past a doorway, when a up to no good looking Hispanic Gentleman whispers, “hey lady, are you looking for Loo-weee?” I keep walking, wondering what or who is this “Loo-weee” ? Is it slang for a drug ? is “Loo-weee” some drug King Pin, or Downtown Mobster Soprano type guy? . I hear him say the same thing, and this time they where looking for the infamous “Loo-weee”. I turn around to see Mr. Up To No Good Hispanic Door Lurker produce a cardboard box, “Loo-weee” appears, he was inside a cardboard box. Turns out “Loo-weee” was code word for fake Louis, Louis Vuitton purses.

So if anyone whispers “are you looking for Loo-weee” now you are hip to what it means.
