When I told my Posh British Mum/Mom I was going to The School of Style she says “Darling, you have lovely style”. Toot, toot, ( that’s me tooting my own horn) I know…..;-) I am the unpaid stylist to all who ask, and its about time I got paid…

So, what is this School of Style then ? Its an INTENSIVE stylist boot camp,  taught by Celebrity Stylist/Rock Star/most entertaining dude, I have had the pleasure of meeting in ages, Luke Storey.

 Day 1

How to get started, how to get jobs, basically everything you would learn the hard way over 8 months, you learn in 8 hours. From soup to nuts.
What I liked best was his “tell it like it is” approach, no pussyfooting around, just facts, tips, no-no’s, sneaky insider tips and tricks.
Minx is a lousy listener, and bored when not the one doing all the talking, but for once, I sat, listened, and learned.

Gold star for Minx.

Day 2

Once completing day one, you are ready at a later date for day 2 of this Stylist Boot Camp which involves…SHOPPING ! did someone say SHOPPING ?! My favorite cardio. Luke will chauffeur myself and a couple of other students around in his Stylist Mobile, showing us all his haunts and insider spots. From Downtown LA’s garment district, Prop and Costume Houses, boutiques, you name it, finally a straight man who knows how to shop !

Day 3

Is assisting Luke on a actual job – which could be a music video, T.V commercial, photoshoot, dressing a Star for an event. I will put in a request to Luke to make sure its something with Gerard Butler. Saucy.
