Got no time or money to visit Korea ? I have the perfect solution. If you reside in Los Angeles, go explore Koreatown, if you live elsewhere, go hang out at a ethnic neighborhood, and soak it all in.

I have visited Korea,  it was quite the culture shock and soaked in customs and traditions.

I can honestly say, hanging out in Korea Town in Los Angeles, I felt like I was actually there.

Korean Custom – Side Note = did you know that if drinking in company, its a faux pas to pour your own drink ? and that knocking on the bar or table alerts a lazy bartender/ fellow lush to top you off ?

I visited the new slick and modern mall on 6th by Wilshire, the huge grocery store was a trip, live fish, food samples, stuff that we may consider uneatable galore.

I avoided the stores with signs lacking english, it was a sensory overload, so much to see and soak in – my point in this post ?. Get out and about and explore your town. I bet there is stuff you had no clue was there, that you actually might get a kick out of – legally and for the most part FREE.
