They are great folks to work with, won't scam you and the product really works. Mine burned out, but it was my own fault. I plugged it in to the wrong charger unit. I am going to order another soon. They sell them at Petsmart now, so no need to order them. I have had funds extorted from me. You have to read slowly and carefully and know for sure when you didn't check the box for the extras. They know you didn't check the box. Fortunately, I was within their cancellation/refund time and I didn't get a hassle when I called and asked to be taken off the list and for a refund.
